1. Eligibility for Returns

Our policy allows for returns strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

  • No Change of Mind: Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@nurseaura.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage to the book and the packaging.

  3. Return Authorisation: Once we review your claim, we will provide you with a return shipping label or specific instructions on how to return the item.

    • Return Shipping Costs: Nurse Aura will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.

  4. Send it Back: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping provider (typically Australia Post) using the provided label.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • Once the return is received at our facility, please allow 2-5 business days for inspection.

  • If the damage is confirmed, a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
