At Nurse Aura, we want to make getting your Student Nurse Compendium as easy as possible. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

1. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Carrier: All items are dispatched via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post.

2. Order Processing Time

Please allow [1-2] business days for our team to pick, pack, and dispatch your order from our facility. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times are out of our control and subject to their network.

  • Metro Areas: Typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Regional & Remote Areas: May take longer (up to 7–10+ business days).

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume periods (e.g., Christmas).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post website or app.

5. Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging your books. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

  • Return Shipping: Nurse Aura covers the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

  • Process: Please email us at info@nurseaura.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Wrong Address / Returned to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
